Residents need to review the governing document for the particular geographic section of the neighborhood in which your home is located.  If you are not sure of the section number, please refer to your property survey or other documents received upon closing. You may also refer to the Galveston County Appraisal District website at www.galvestoncad.org to conduct an owner or address search.  Once you have located your property page, scroll down to Legal Description which will include your property’s section number, listed as “SEC __”.
