Board Elects New President

At the February 16, 2021 Executive Board meeting, Katy Fugate was elected unanimously to chair the 2021 South Shore Harbour HOA. Katy moved into SSH in 2017 and was elected to the board in 2019.

Your Community Association

Near the sparkling waters of Clear Lake lies the golf course community of South Shore Harbour. Home to more than 750 houses and town homes, this gated community has a resort-style, high quality-of-life environment that boasts a 27-hole golf course, local marina, fitness center, hotel and convention center, and numerous recreational activities.

The South Shore Harbour Community Association (SSHCA) is the homeowners corporation governing the shared assets of the community, including landscaping, pool, park with playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts, an event pavilion, and more. The community association holds its public meetings on the second Tuesday of the each month.
