Whether you are in the mood to relax by the pool, hit the tennis court or play a round of golf, there’s much to do in and around the gates of South Shore Harbour. Here is a brief list of the activities and services available to our residents.

Pool Hours 2026

Pool hours may vary according to holidays, cleaning, and school district schedule. The following are typical pool operating hours:

  • Monday: Closed for maintenance
  • Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekends: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The pool will remain open until Labor Day weekend.

All Mondays: Closed

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 08:00pm

Saturday – Sunday: 12:00pm – 08:00pm

Monday – Friday: Closed

Saturday – Sunday: 12:00pm – 08:00pm

September 1st: 12:00pm – 08:00pm

The pool will be closed on Monday for maintenance and if a holiday falls on a Monday, the pool will be closed on the following Tuesday.

Pavilion

An open-air pavilion is available to residents and their guest for events. To use this facility, please contact the property management company at 866-473-2573 to reserve your date and time.

Tennis Courts & Pickleball

Ready for your next tennis or pickleball match? The courts are open daily from dawn until dusk.

South Shore Harbour Country Club

Enjoy a fantastic 27-hole private course nestled on the banks of Galveston Bay. The course consists of three distinct nines, each playing to a par 36. This trio allows for three varying 18-hole combinations, with the South-Shore configuration being the toughest at 73.0 rating and 128 slope. The country club offers fine and casual dining, an attentive staff, and a fully stocked pro shop.

Fitness Center and Spa

Stay in shape at the 130,000 sq. ft. fitness center and pamper yourself at Bella Vita Day Spa.

Marina

Trash Pickup

Trash pickup occurs each Wednesday and Saturday with heavy trash pick-up on Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling pick-up is Saturday. For additional information regarding trash collection, please click here to visit the city’s website.
